Recipe for our Happy Marriage

4 cups of LOVE
2 cups of LOYALTY
3 cups of KINDNESS
4 cups of UNDERSTANDING
A dash of FAITH
1 cups of FRIENDSHIP
5 Spoons of HOPE
A pinch of pure FORGIVENESS (NO SUBSTITUTIONS)
A dash of THOUGHTFULNESS (NOT OPTIONAL)
5 Barrels of LAUGHTER

Take love and loyalty, mix thoroughly with faith.
Blend in kindness and understanding, add friendship and hope.
Sprinkle abundantly with laughter. Garnish with forgiveness and thoughtfulness. Bake with sunshine. Serve daily in generous portions.

Here's to many more years of much richer less poorer in little sickness and abundant health until death do we part!

Just kidding... Lottabody DOES Work on MY Sisterlocks!

Hmmm, well, I guess I figured out  my Lottabody to Water ratio...  I sure needed to because as you can you see, I have a half bottle of the stuff yet to go... and this large bottle WILL LIKELY last me for the next 9 years... lol!
