Thanks Paulette for allowing me to play a part in representing the superb salon services of Locks4Life Natural Hair Salon!

One of my first Animoto video creations featuring my Sisterlocks installed by Paulette Brown back in 2005 is featured at the Locks4Life website! See it here I'm honored... (it's kinda cool, too!)

My Sisterlocks Consultant Paulette Brown has come a long way from doin' Sisterlocks at her kitchen table. Paulette's husband Archie would come home from work when I'd be there gettin' my hair retightened sometimes and would prepare dinner. He would even share what he'd cook with me sometimes- until he learned I CAN EAT. Oh... the wonder years. Good times, good times...

 Keep up your phenomenal success, Paulette... You are simply the BEST!

I have had a TREMENDOUS SUMMER 2014 that included a "magical" family trip to Disney World that culminated with our family reunion also in Orlando. I'm A "Green" Diva

This post is probably TMI about me... but health and wellness are things I am passionate about from head to toe, inside and out-- to include menstrual health. Any of you heard of The DivaCup? I use to sell it at my online store. I'm now out of stock. The other day I got to thinking how long it has been since I first started using a menstrual cup in lieu of tampons. It's been about 4 years now at least. I'm sure it was either shortly before or after I got Sisterlocks Either way... it too is a decision I don't regret making much like my decision to get Sisterlocks. I had been a tampon user since a teen and had become increasingly concerned about toxic shock syndrome. Not because I had ever experienced any symptoms but I just got to wonderin' were there any OTHER options to tampons and pads. Oh the wonder of the Internet... Just kidding... Lottabody DOES Work on MY Sisterlocks!

Hmmm, well, I guess I figured out  my Lottabody to Water ratio...  I sure needed to because as you can you see, I have a half bottle of the stuff yet to go... and this large bottle WILL LIKELY last me for the next 9 years... lol!
